XUM Laptops provides a 1-year warranty that covers the following:

• Hardware defects: Any issues related to the laptop’s physical components.
• Technical issues: Problems arising from software, firmware, or other non-physical aspects.

Eligibility for Replacement

• Performance Expectations: If the laptop does not perform as expected within 1 year of receipt, it qualifies for replacement.
• Conditions Apply: Replacement is subject to the terms outlined below and requires that the issue is not due to exclusions listed here.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Wear and Tear: Gradual damage occurs over time due to regular use. This includes minor scratches, fading, and other effects from normal product usage.
• Unauthorised Modifications: Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, repairs, alterations or any changes made by third-party companies or persons.
• External Events: Damage caused by external events such as floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
• Return Shipping Damages: Any harm during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
