Ordering Methods:

- Phone: Call us at +44 161 394 0100 to place your order.
- Order Confirmation: Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with purchase details. A dispatch notification with a tracking number will be sent when your order ships.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@xumlaptops.com.
XUM Laptops reserves the right to cancel any order and may modify or discontinue products at any time. Each order is treated as a separate transaction.
Pricing:
- Currency: All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT.
- Additional Costs: Delivery costs will be provided before you finalise your order at checkout. For more details, please refer to our shipping information page. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes on international orders.
- Pricing: We aim to provide proper pricing; however, errors may happen. If a pricing error is identified, we will inform you promptly, allowing you to proceed with the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

- Coverage: All refurbished laptops come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. This does not include accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
