We are committed to delivering your order securely and swiftly. Below are our shipping policies and procedures to ensure you receive your items as expected.
Order & Shipping Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped for Saturday delivery with DPD or DHL. Orders placed on other weekdays will be delivered on the next business day.
- Weekend and Holiday Shipping: We do not ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
- High Volume Periods: In times of high demand, your shipment may be slightly delayed. Please allow for additional time during busy periods such as holidays. If there are significant delays in your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the UK.
- Next-Day Delivery: Place your order by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday for next-working-day delivery. This applies to in-stock items only.
- Saturday Delivery: Available on request for orders placed before Friday at 3:00 PM.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to track your order in real time.
International Shipping Policy:
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rate and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
